- Medium feed solution: The photo and the headline are now both clickable and will be redirected to the main post. This feature will work once the “Enable pop up” feature is unchecked. Thanks to Erin Rubin of LibroMobile for requesting this feature.
- LinkedIn page posts solution: We added a new “Predefined search keyword” checkbox option. Now you can display posts based on the word you enter on this feature.
- Yelp reviews solution: We created a new feature and stated the use of this option in the following:
- A new “Character limit” checkbox option is now added under Reviews tab.
- The read more button will appear when the “Character limit” feature is checked.
- Yelp reviews solution: The reviews are now clickable and will show a pop up once click.
- Facebook page posts solution: On the mobile views, pop up post description now has a white background or container.
- Facebook page reviews solution: We added a “read more” clickable text if the reviews are longer than 2-3 sentences. Thanks to Maren McPeak of IEM for requesting this feature.
- Facebook page videos solution: The links in description are now clickable!

- Facebook page posts solution: On the pop up tablet view, we removed the extra white spaces.
- Facebook page video (one video) solution: We improved and made the links of the video description clickable.
- Facebook page posts solution: We made an improvement when viewing the feed on iPhone 8 and Samsung S8. The pictures are now perfectly stable when clicking the arrows.
- LinkedIn profile posts: We made the following improvements below:
- Followers count will not be displayed if the profile has no followers.
- Special characters are now supported in profile description.
- The default button text is now showing “Follow me on LinkedIn”.
- Facebook page posts solution: We removed the unnecessary line under the pop up image preview. The oversize images and next button are fixed as well.
- Instagram feed solution: We made the improvements below:
- On the pop up, we removed the dot before the “Follow” link and placed the link under the username.
- The hashtags in the content are now clickable.
- SociableKIT solutions: On Shopify, we removed the underlines on the link to the following solutions:

- Google My Business Profile
- SociableKIT: In account settings, we improved the text label “HELPDESK” to “HELP CENTER”.

- Instagram hashtag feed solution: Fixed an issue where the post image and description in pop up are dislocated.
- Twitter hashtag feed: Fixed an issue where the feed is not showing tweets.
- Instagram feed solution: Fixed an issue where the full screen button is not working.
- Facebook page posts solution: Fixed an issue where the pop up is showing the post flat and the image turned to a white blank.

- Facebook page video (one video) solution: Fixed an issue on the Facebook page ID button box that when you click, an error with a dislocated multiple links and Facebook pages are showing.
- LinkedIn page posts solution: Fixed an issue where the thumbnail of some posts are broken.
- Private Instagram feed solution: Fixed an issue where the slider arrows are located to center. Videos that continue playing when the pop up is closed are now fixed as well.
- YouTube live video solution: Fixed an issue where the features “Show title” and “Show description” are still showing in the feed even if it is unchecked.
- Google reviews solution: Fixed an issue where the “View on Google” button is showing a “View on Facebook” text.
- YouTube live video solution: Fixed an issue in Safari and other browsers that shows the live on and offline. On iPhone 8 and Samsung galaxy 8, the live video that is not playing is now fixed as well.

- On the following solutions, we fixed the issue on the slider layout where the feature “Show Ending Follow Button” and “Show load more button” is not working. The next button of the slider is fixed as well.

- YouTube playlist solution: Fixed an issue where the first video has no thumbnail.
- Vimeo user and Vimeo channel solutions: We fixed the issue on slider layout where the feature “Show End Subscribe Button” is not working. The youtube icon has been removed as well.
- Facebook page videos solution: Fixed an issue on slider layout when closing the pop up view, the videos will be placed on the left side and a white blank space will occupy the right side of the feed.
